Commend - Global ERP - Dynamics NAVThe Commend Group, which headquarters are based in Austria, was created in 1971 and is recognized as a world leader of the intercom and security communication systems industry.

The french subsidiary of the Commend Group is, since 1992, the leader of intercoms devices in France, with various applications, such as car parks, hospitals, industrial plants, highways tolls, railstations, subways…).

Technological innovation is at the heart of Commend solutions, and its products include proven, but scalable, systems, in order to accompagny its customers’ growth.

The Commend Group covers 23 countries worldwide through its own subsidiaries and employs +450 employees accross countries.


Our project approach


After having be selected as the french local partner by both the central partner and the Group project team, Dynamics International has setup the Group ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, following both the Commend Group specifications and FR subsidiary specific needs. After the GoLive, Dynamics International provided a Post GoLive Support Service to Commend France NAV users.

The stocks management function, key topic of the Commend France quality of service has been focused particularly, in order to manage accurately its processes and workflows. As an example, serial numbers and item reservation have been set up  as expected by the customer.

This Group ERP has been merged with the official French localisation and allows the Commend Group to control its french subsidiary activity, as it does for any other subsidiary in the world.
