Since 1999, Autoescape is a leader of the car rental sector. Autoescape trades the best prices from traditional international renting actors and builds with it the simpliest and most complete offers possible.

Through its integrated technologic platform, Auto Escape offers its services in France and within 125 countries, through 9000+ rental offices.

By signing agreements with several car rental companies in a same country, Autoescape avoids its customers to have bad experiences. In January 2007, Autoescape has made an IPO in order to speed up its international development and become the global reference of the car rental sector.

Project approach

After having identified us as the NAV Partner expert of international ERP projects, Autoescape has selected Dynamics International to manage the replacement of their old fashioned solution and which maintenance was discontinued.

As the 125 countries covered by Autoescape are managed by its 4 subsidiaries (France, Germany, Norway and USA), Dynamics International could document the Group business processes, coming from these subsidiaries and base the deployment of the international ERP, NAV, on the specificities of this global request.

Technologies embedded within Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 (Web Services, Reports RTC, XML Ports, Client Web, …) have allowed Dynamics International to increase reliability exchange of information, ensure the control of subsidiaries and the Group reporting at global level.

• We have selected Microsoft Dynamics NAV as our Local Subsidiaries’ Group Core Model, also as an alternative to our Tier-1 Central. Dynamics NAV is currently implemented within 25+ countries and will cover 40+ at the end of the project.

• The technical platform of Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows us to import easily and efficiently an important volume of data on a daily basis coming from our multi-countries and multi-currencies e-Commerce website.

• The high involvement and commitment of Dynamics International resources on our Dynamics NAV project has allowed us to efficiently implement the Group solution within our 13 local subsidiaries. It helped managing each country’s specific activities (bookkeeping/finance) through a direct interface with our Group internal business solution.

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV Bookkeeping and Finance functions have convinced us of the relevance of this ERP solution regarding our international context. The solution efficiency allowed us to keep a cost effective team size at Finance Department level, in order to manage the growth of our 35 countries subsidiaries.
