Since 1993, DEA System extends its Group beyond Italy, through openings of subsidiaries in Europe and then outside Europe. This European leader of opening automation systems has extended its range of products following technological and home automation evolutions, in order to propose access portals, doors, gates, shutters, bollards associated to command and control systems.

DEA System is now able to propose its products and services in a large part of Europe through its 7 countries susbsidiaries.

DEA System proposes its products for 3 types of use : Residential, Collective and Industrial.

Our project approach

The DEA System Group has selected Dynamics International as its french Dynamics NAV partner in charge of the implementation and the maintenance of its Group solution, in France.

Dynamics NAV has been setup in order to match both Group specific processes and French legal and fiscal rules.

Dynamics International also provides a remote NAV support service on a daily basis, not only for French users, but also for Group headquarters project managers.

Dynamics NAV version updates are also considered when new version NAV version is issued.

Implemented countries

• We have selected Microsoft Dynamics NAV as our Local Subsidiaries’ Group Core Model, also as an alternative to our Tier-1 Central. Dynamics NAV is currently implemented within 25+ countries and will cover 40+ at the end of the project.

• The technical platform of Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows us to import easily and efficiently an important volume of data on a daily basis coming from our multi-countries and multi-currencies e-Commerce website.

• The high involvement and commitment of Dynamics International resources on our Dynamics NAV project has allowed us to efficiently implement the Group solution within our 13 local subsidiaries. It helped managing each country’s specific activities (bookkeeping/finance) through a direct interface with our Group internal business solution.

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV Bookkeeping and Finance functions have convinced us of the relevance of this ERP solution regarding our international context. The solution efficiency allowed us to keep a cost effective team size at Finance Department level, in order to manage the growth of our 35 countries subsidiaries.
