The FINI Group is a food industry Group specialized in the sweets’ industry with 950 employees. Its headquarters are based in Murcia, Spain.

This family Group, created in 70’s, by Manuel Sanchez Cano, manufactures and distributes its products worldwide, through its local distribution offices and its 2 production sites based in Spain and Brasil.

50% of the Group total production (50% of +40 millions of kg) are distributed outside of Spain.

The FINI Group has decided to implement, within its local subsidiaries, the same Group ERP solution, based on the international mid-market business solution of Microsoft, Dynamics NAV (also formerly known as Navision).

Our project approach

After having be selected as the Group’s local FR partner, Dynamics International has setup the Group ERP solution based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV, following FINI Group’s specifications and has supported local users on the use of the Group Business Solution on a daily basis.

An accurate setup allows the FR subsidiary to manage its retail specific discounts, and therefore optimize the efficiency of the whole business solution.

This Group ERP includes the official FR localisation and allows the FINI Group to manage and control its french subsidiary activity, as it does within all its other subsidiaries worldwide.

Implemented country

• We have selected Microsoft Dynamics NAV as our Local Subsidiaries’ Group Core Model, also as an alternative to our Tier-1 Central. Dynamics NAV is currently implemented within 25+ countries and will cover 40+ at the end of the project.

• The technical platform of Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows us to import easily and efficiently an important volume of data on a daily basis coming from our multi-countries and multi-currencies e-Commerce website.

• The high involvement and commitment of Dynamics International resources on our Dynamics NAV project has allowed us to efficiently implement the Group solution within our 13 local subsidiaries. It helped managing each country’s specific activities (bookkeeping/finance) through a direct interface with our Group internal business solution.

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV Bookkeeping and Finance functions have convinced us of the relevance of this ERP solution regarding our international context. The solution efficiency allowed us to keep a cost effective team size at Finance Department level, in order to manage the growth of our 35 countries subsidiaries.
